Quality is a documented process.
Product specifications, analytical methods, lot records, and limitations are shown with their evidence status. Current lot documentation is supplied only when issued and verified for the offered material.
Synthesis
Source and product documentation are reviewed where available.
HPLC method context
Reversed-phase HPLC can report chromatographic purity when a validated method and result are available.
Identity method
Identity methods are named only when documented for the offered material.
COA status
Certificate status is shown as current lot, available on request, or format preview.
Label & storage
Compliant labels; lyophilized, stored −20 °C.
Inquiry-led fulfillment
Availability and shipping details confirmed before order.
HPLC method context
Reversed-phase HPLC can report chromatographic purity when a validated method and result are available. The product specification is not a substitute for a current lot record.
Mass-spec identity
Molecular identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected monoisotopic / average mass.
Lot traceability
Unique lot numbers and retained reference samples link every vial to its synthesis batch and analytical data.
How to read a COA
A Certificate of Analysis should answer four questions: identity (is it the right molecule?), purity (how much else is in the vial?), batch (which lot is this?), and testing (how was it measured?). If a document is unclear, the material is unclear.
- Identity — confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected mass.
- Purity — quantified by RP-HPLC, reported as a percentage.
- Batch — a unique lot number tying the vial to its data.
- Testing — the methods and dates behind the numbers.
Storage & handling
Lyophilized peptides are shipped with insulated packaging and gel packs. On receipt, store at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Follow your institution's safety protocols for handling research chemicals.
