Evidence Center

Documentation before confidence.

A clear guide to what HELIX publishes, what each document supports, and what it cannot establish. Evidence status is part of the product information.

Evidence status

Every statement has a status.

We do not treat a polished page or a specimen document as proof of a current lot. The label tells you what kind of record you are viewing.

Lot verified

Current lot record

Tied to a specific lot and supporting document.

Product specification

General standard

Approved product information, not a result for a particular lot.

Format preview

Illustrative only

Shows document structure; it is not current lot evidence.

What a COA can show

  • Product and lot identification
  • Reported analytical method and result
  • Test date and document status
  • Specified chemical characteristics included in that certificate

What a COA does not automatically prove

  • Biological activity or suitability for a specific experiment
  • Sterility, endotoxin status, or stability unless those tests are specifically documented
  • Human or veterinary safety, efficacy, or therapeutic value
  • Proper handling or storage after delivery
